Help save our Memorial Garden

The Sunshine Coast Regional Council proposes to resume some of our beautiful War Memorial Garden in order to construct a four-lane traffic corridor.
We have launched a petition in a bid to stop this from happening, and we need all of your support.

The Sub-Branch was presented with an RSL Charter on 24 November 1946. Since then it has been active in the Caloundra area supporting both the veteran and general communities. Over the years the Sub-Branch has continued its strong support of veterans, their families and the local community and will continue to do so into the future.

The Sub-Branch is preparing a project to honour the men and women who have served their country. The first part of this appears near the bottom of this page. Please scroll down to view our tribute to those who served in the Vietnam War.

Special Vietnam Memorial Pages

The Caloundra RSL Sub-Branch has begun a long-term online project to commemorate the bravery of the men and women who have served in Australian forces. We have begun with coverage of the Vietnam War and we will soon include more recent conflicts and of course peacekeeping missions.

Sub-Branch Lounge

The main focus of the Sub-Branch is the provision of support to all current and ex-service members. But a feature of this support has been the creation of a separate Sub-Branch Lounge for exclusive use by members, their families and visitors while attending the Caloundra RSL Services Club.
